People who did BSc and BA...have gotten thier Gc approved recently...by getting pre-approved..LC's applying in e2-rir even though they do not qualify in EB2.people who did MS from top schools and stayed with good companies are in e2/ e3 categories are in BEC.....What an irony..

This is unreal !!.
I just asked 2 basic questions AND i get reply completely irrelevant of those questions and i am the one who is being accused.
By the way, Gangutoleogleoddl or whatever - No , absolutely no time to reply to your irrelevant talk. Infact its a waste to read your post.

"The spouse and children of a person who has previously immigrated to the U.S. may be entitled to obtain an immigrant visa at a later date. In this case baby would qualify for follow-to-join visa.

Good Morning,
I went to the uscis local office. The officer told my case SRC-****7236 (765) Renewal was denied on 06/25/2010. He didn’t have the denial details. He told he will send an email to Texas USCIS asking the details. He also told my 485 motion approved and my recent travel document approved but strange that they denied EAD.
Unfortunately we (Myself & Lawyer) never received a denial notice.
My EAD is expiring sep 3rd. I know mostly they denied by without seeing my 485 motion approval.I am requesting denial notice by opening SR
Help me and suggest to overcome this SITUATION (Another wrong denial by USCIS.)

2)Company A applied I-140 and approved April 2006. AOS 485 filed on July 2007. Got EAD but never used it
3)September 2008 I have Joined employer “B” by transferring H1B (Valid until Aug 2010).
4)Employer A revoked 140 which triggered 485 denials in October 2008.
5)Applied MTR and it was approved in NOVEMBER 2008 and 485 reopened.
I understand its painful , but unless you can get hold of Denial letter there is nothing much, anything else is pure speculation. Ask to send the Denial letter soon/again. If you can reach out to level 2 officer he/she MIGHT be able to see the cause of denial. what does online status say ?

Cool, I learned something new today. I guess I knew the concept of the polarizer but had yet to learn all of the ins and outs. Thanks Josh.
Linear vs. Circular has mainly to do with whether it works with metering and autofocus sensors in modern cameras. Both polarizers rotate and function similarly (I'm not sure if there is any difference in the effect shown in the image, but I doubt it).
Anyway, an unevenly polarized sky happens not because the polarizer is not rotated properly / enough, but rather because the camera is not quite at a 90 degree angle to the sun; this uneven polarization becomes more noticeable with wide angle lenses (to a point, then as even wider lenses are used, the sky will get dark in the middle and lighter on the edges even right at 90 degrees from the sun).
